Overall it is a recently refurbished hotel and we appreciated our stay, the location was comfortable very close to most tourist attractions. The staff are pretty friendly as well as the owner. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

btw, their manager is top! near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. wonderful base for exploring palma de mallorca.
